We do not provide or recommend manufacturer specific sound equipment. There are several local providers that we will visit with our prospective customers in order to help them make a more informed decision.

For background music systems it is important to understand, your average home stereo system will not work as a background music system for anything except the very small business office. If your needs consist of more than 2 offices the use of special transformers and amplification equipment is recommended. These methods are required for the proper distribution of power to each speaker over long distances. Most background music systems are not stereo, if you wish to have stereo run to every office and individual controls for volume in each office this is possible but will be significantly more expensive.

Some digital phone systems allow central office distribution of music over individual office telephones again it will not be in stereo. These phone systems are also not cheap, but have many features to enhance your business.

Some other phone system features:
    Hold is the most common feature and even available on inexpensive analog phones,
    Conference call (joining two outside parties with one or more inside personnel),
    Music on hold (the addition of a small radio receiver attached to the phone system),
    Inter-office paging (dialing a sequence of numbers to call out to all or certain phones in the office),
    Station to station intercom (speaking to someone at their desk without them having to stop work),
    Voice mail,

Digital phone systems usually start in the hundreds of dollars and go up into the thousands. The phones to be used with these systems are also rather expensive. A few other VERY IMPORTANT items to keep in mind, with a digital phone system:
1) if your power fails so does your phone system unless:
    you are connected to a UPS (Un-interruptible Power Supply) only last about 30 minutes or so.
2) if your phone system controller fails YOUR business is without phone service unless:
    the company you purchased from has very quick service or replacements (loaners)
